  Every other UPS store around the country I've ever sent a package to has no problem receiving packages I send there except for this one for reasons unknown. First time the lady at the desk got very angry with me for sending packages there, 2nd time they just refused the delivery for no reason. I don't know what I ever did to them lol so don't send packages here they will fuss at you & lose your mail if you send it here

  This location has a long-standing customer service problem. Nearly every visit feels the same—rude employees, poor attitudes, and a complete lack of customer service. At some point, this stops being an employee issue and becomes a management issue. The owners often respond to reviews apologizing for customers' experiences, but if the same complaints keep appearing year after year, clearly nothing is changing. Customers shouldn't have to drive to other UPS Store locations just to avoid being treated poorly. It's disappointing because this location serves a great area and could be a valuable resource for the community. Instead, many people actively avoid it due to the consistently negative interactions. Management needs to take customer feedback seriously and make meaningful changes to the culture of this store.

  My sister and I had to come in yesterday with a TON of stuff cleared out of a storage locker due to an unplanned move for my parents. The mountain of stuff we brought in seemed like it would be an insurmountable task, but both Susie and Kenzie calmly reassured us they would take good care of everything. They were able to see how distressed my sister and I were, and they really helped us calm down when we saw how good they were treating my parents’ possessions which included everything from antiques, priceless and irreplaceable family heirlooms, to pure junk that my parents treasured for no apparent reason. I cannot stress enough how thankful we were for their over the top quality of service!

  I didn’t do my research and made a grave mistake. Luckily for me, Susie did me a huge favor and helped me fix it, while guiding me on how to avoid making such a mistake again. She was very patient with me. I sincerely appreciate her kindness.
