    Why isn't this store ever opened ON TIME?? This is the third time I've come here at opening hour and NOBODY is here!!

    The staff person here today was so kind and helpful, but I am only giving one star because this place needs to hire more people. The man today was a one-man-show so it took me 15 mins to send a package instead of 3 mins like at other UPS stores, with so many other customers waiting.

    Ordered a baby bouncer that was delivered Thursday, August 27th at 3:32pm. UPS driver did not knock to let anyone in the household know there was a package outside. When I arrived home at 4:20pm it was gone. UPS customer service says they cannot file a claim because they have a picture it was delivered. Contacted the sender and was told I have to file a claim with UPS.

    System went down I was told to call back. They told me the systems were up. When I went back they were down again. Too unreliable to deal with.
