Been a week and haven’t heard any updates about my refund from Amazon or from UPS. From my POV it looks like Amazon doesn’t even know I returned it. I just called to see if I can get any updates and information regarding why nothing has been updated on my end and they just said “it’s all erased from their system” and “it’s amazons problem” refused to help me and this is a very expensive product they’re telling me they aren’t a part of.
