    $4.87 to send a downloaded label from my phone to the computer that a worker is sitting at three feet from me. Disgusting money grab. I'm surprised I didn't have to pay a fee for walking through the door. The price of a medium box? $12.00. Go anywhere else. $3-$4 for a box at FedEx.

    Please do not go to the store if you need any service other than mail because I went here to go get my fingerprints within the hours listed. I go in the store …the person that’s at the front desk has an attitude like he don’t feel like being there and then he telling me I’m late for fingerprints. It stopped at 6:30. I walked in there at 6:50 so you’re telling me you can’t assist me I will never be back at that store.

    I was having an issue with getting clear backpacks delivered by FedEx to UPS. Brooks was so helpful, kind and considerate. He made sure we had those backpacks for a health fair on the Navajo reservation. Thank you Brooks.
