Unfortunately, every interaction I've had with him has been consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. Whenever I bring in an Amazon return, he acts as though it's an inconvenience, even when the store is empty and there are no other customers waiting. His demeanor makes it feel like customers are bothering him simply by using the services the store provides. Additionally, there is little to no customer interaction. He doesn't greet customers, explain anything about the return process, or even say "thank you" or "have a nice day." He simply hands over the receipt without saying a word. While I understand not every interaction needs to be lengthy, basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way.
