  I just came into UPS on 29th Ave. to drop off quite a few packages for returns. The man behind the counter who helped me was absolutely amazing and made my day. He was positive, upbeat, and you could tell how much he appreciated and loved his job and wanted to help others. I hope I am spelling this correctly, but he said his name was Nigel. There needs to be more people like him in this world.

  Had a great experience thank you! also special thanks to Nijhal, I now have some extra money to buy a carrier pigeon, which would probably be more reliable than shipping next day air. ❤️

  I always have a great, efficient experience at my local UPS Store, but today really stood out. Nijhel helped me and was incredibly smart, kind, and easy to work with. He handled my packages with care and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to get service that’s both fast and genuinely friendly—really appreciate the great experience. Highly recommend this location!
