  This location has been my usual place to mail and ship packages without problems. Needing something far more simple, like making copies seemed to be an issue. Formatting a copy to present vertical and not horizontally across the paper was somewhat problematic. Was there access to the long 9×13 paper? I don't know but it would have been ideal for this particular copy. Needing to shred the copy that was unusable and not my fault we was a problem as well because they charge for shredding. Understandable when there's large/bulk orders but 1 copy that was done incorrectly and not my fault??? Odd to say the least.

  The best UPS store in the area. Family owned. All are friendly, respectful, courteous and so very helpful. I love every family member who works here. Always going above and beyond. Highly recommend for all packaging, mailing, and printing needs. Did I say the best? The VERY BEST UPS STORE. An example for others to follow.

  If you truly stand by your statement, I challenge you to publicly release the complete, unedited security footage of the interaction to prove your claims. Contrary to your assertion, I did not accuse anyone of a scam; rather, I voluntarily requested to leave the premises to check my Amazon account and obtain a proper barcode. The staff members actually did not intervene; instead, it was the store owner himself who behaved in an unprofessional and unethical manner. He stepped over his employees, acted in a condescending and disrespectful way, and told me in a demeaning tone, 'I am the owner, leave this employee alone.' Furthermore, he followed me outside and continued to harass and yell at me publicly. If you have the courage to back up your narrative, publish the unedited video footage so the public can see the true nature of your conduct.

  I had the worst experience at this UPS Store. The owner was extremely hostile and demeaning when I was trying to process a return. He insulted my intelligence regarding the scanner and, most shockingly, treated his employee terribly in front of me, claiming the worker was beneath him like a servant. He then aggressively followed me outside and kicked me out of the store. Avoid this place completely zero stars if I could.
