Excellent Customer Service I had a great experience at The UPS Store, especially because of Jazzy and Simon. There was a long line, but they remained professional, patient, and friendly while making sure every customer was helped in any way possible. They worked efficiently without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. Their teamwork, positive attitudes, and dedication to providing great customer service truly stood out. Jazzy and Simon are a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like. I really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend this location!

I just wanted to drop off an Amazon return. They have only one self help kiosk, and it wasn't working. And the line was long. This location needs a corporate intervention.

I had a great experience at The UPS Store, thanks to Jazzy! She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Jazzy, the employee with the short red hair and glasses, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out.
