Shame on me for not looking at the reviews! Made an appointment online to have a painting shipped. Needed help with packaging and shipping. Gave the dimension of painting in booking. I was barely greeted when I walked in as I advised that I had an appointment. Before I could finish the woman leaning on the table behind the counter says we don’t have a box that size to ship. I made an appointment 2 days prior to coming in. She never moved, never apologized, nothing. Like what happened to customer service. If this is a franchise location you should reevaluate your staff. Terrible service.

False advertising on the pack & ship. I had a picture frame I had to ship out. I went to this UPS location, and they did not have the boxes available to pack & ship my items. Isn't UPS a shipping SOLUTIONS store? Their solution was for me to buy a box elsewhere and come back. Don't advertise for services you can't perform. EDIT: Please see the copy & paste response from the owner. They've taken no accountability and, yet again, have not provided any solutions. The shipping solution store, do you not carry these in-store either? Or is it only boxes that you don't carry? If you're really "committed to providing world-class service," I wouldn't be continuing to find SOLUTIONS elsewhere. You know, not from THE SHIPPING SOLUTION store.
