  Muy mala experiencia la verdad no lo recomiendo, si pueden ir a otro lugar seria mejor o si tienen pequeños negocios definitivamente no es el lugar correcto. En menos de 2 meses me han perdido 4 paquetes que tienen un valor considerable y no se hacen responsables y normalmente los llevo a otro lugar la mayoría de veces y ahi nunca e tenido ni el mínimo inconveniente. Y aquí es rara vez que los traigo y me pierden los paquetes o se los roban a este punto no se que pensar. Pésimo servio Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas seria lo mejor

  This the worst UPS. My husband went to send an item the lady at the counter said she couldn’t do it. We have gone to others UPS in Cottonwood and the staff are very helpful. We will never go to this UPS Store.

  I just left this establishment right now and I had the rudest service from a person named Danny or Daniel. It was probably a fake name he gave me but I'll find out tomorrow when I call and ask for a manager because this guy was so awful at his customer service manners. My issue was not resolved whatsoever but before I could even finish with my question he just blurted out with "yeah there's nothing I can do for you" ...... He asked me where my receipt was for the amazon return order that I took in on the date of April 3rd 2026 in order to assist me with my question and I told him that the lady never gave me one and he puts his hands up and said, well, there's nothing I could do for you, not even trying to help me out ...And not even trying to resolve my situation , basically sending me out the door with no answers in such a rude , disrespectful way. He probably didn't give me his real name because I told him he didn't need to be mad at me for asking a simple question about something that I walked in there to return. It's not my fault that the lady didn't give me a receipt last friday when I went. I do not work there... that is not my job to give myself a receipt.... One should have been issued out to me and maybe I wouldn't be in this situation that i'm in. But he was so nasty and rude and mad because he was working and the lines were kind of long , but it is not my fault that he chose that job. I work in retail and customer service and that is not a professional way to treat customers.
