  This is the UPS Store I use for pretty much all of my Amazon returns. The self-service return machines are the main thing I really like about this location. You just scan the Amazon code, bag the item, put the printed label on it and drop it in the bin, and the whole process takes almost no time. They used to have one machine and now they have two, which makes things even quicker when it’s busy. It’s also the closest UPS Store to me, so between the location and how easy they’ve made the return process, this is the one I keep coming back to.

  I had a frustrating experience returning Amazon items at this UPS Store. Several staff members appeared available, but when I asked for help scanning my return, they refused and directed me to the self-service kiosk. I had several loose items and wanted help making sure they were processed correctly. Being told to “do it yourself” felt dismissive. A little assistance and courteous service would have made a big difference. I’ll never return and use UPS again!!!

  Very Poor Customer Service!! I came in to the facility I had a box & bag full of Amazon items to return. There was only 1 Amazon kiosk machine working. There was a line of us maybe five people waiting for the machine. Everyone else had maybe about 1 or 2 items. I was told I had to go to the Amazon kiosk and wait my turn because there is no way they can help me at the counter although there was three customer service Representatives who had no customers. After waiting for a maybe 3 minutes.. The counter started taking Amazon return customers.. So it seems like they pick & choose whom to service! That's ridiculous & insane at the same time! If you want to be helped don't go here!

  Even though this store is busy every time. I stop in, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service! A big shout out to Jacque for helping me complete paperwork correctly and getting it overnighted to the East Coast!!
