I truly appreciate Ms. Pratimah (Pat). She is also at the store working so very and often by herself, I know this location is pretty busy and she handles each customer or situation with care, kindness, patience, and with exceptional customer service. Honestly, I do not write reviews; let alone online. But today 10/03 before leaving the parking lot it was important for me to take the time to honor her commitment to this store location and her customers. UPS, you need to find her employees that will support your amazing team member and representative, Pratimah (Pat). She needs to recognized and compensated for all her hard work.

Pat was great at customer service handling a busy Monday morning and was able to fulfill my notary and mailing/printing needs with a smile.

The UPS Store at 428 E Thunderbird Rd in Phoenix has an amazing team! Whenever we’ve tried a different UPS Store, we’ve been disappointed with the experience, which makes us appreciate this location even more. Pat is especially wonderful—knowledgeable, prompt, and always providing excellent customer service with the friendliest personality. Thank you, Pat and the entire team, for consistently making our visits such a positive experience!

I got there just before closing today and of course they couldn't help me with getting my package sent out 😡🤬🤬🤬 Who closes the register before closing the store I'm so disappointed I rushed there and I made it just to get told by a lazy rep that she couldn't help me all I needed was something to put my package in so it can get sent out it wouldn't have taken no more than 3 minutes, I don't know about UPS anymore I had issues with the same damn package UPS could not deliver it to my doorstep instead they kept delivering it to my neighbors I don't know how they got his number I couldn't change it it's just been so horrible and ridiculous with this company they couldn't change or fix the address at all there was nothing they could do so I can receive my package it's just been so horrible then to get to the location and this clerk acting the same I'm done with this company, horrible just like their workers....
