- LMLawrence MachadoJan 10, 20261.0The girl with glasses was very rude and not assisting customer with a simple print. That took 60 seconds. Many times I go in a the people are very nice and helpful always. But today i was not happy. I waited 15 minutes to have to use the print machine. She could of helped me get In and out like every time I come in. She refused to help me. I thought customers were supposed to be treated like value customers. Today was very important to me. Like I said every body else is super nice and helpful except her. Sad day

He was incapable of explaining whether he could or couldn't do the print job necessary tonight. It was a simple black and white print on the plotter. Went to fedex instead, they have a self service plotter and it took 3 minutes. Please retrain this individual on both customer service and his job responsibilities. Thank you
