  They take 5.00 dollars from debit card. To make a Copy Explaining is only going to use some 1 dollar and return to account some money But it happened twice never got back the change So it is expensive to use the staples copier

  Paris and Nicole are awesome… I arrived to Phoenix to pick up my rental car from Turo and the car fob battery was dead. I walked into Staples and Paris heard me say that I needed to replace it and they quickly jumped to the rescue to replace it for me and got me on my way. What great customer service! Cannot recommend the staff here enough!

  Poor customer service is always disappointing. I got on the phone with the printing department - introduced myself, and shared my request. They weren't able to comply and so I thanked them for their help. Without saying a word, she hung up. I have had wonderful experiences at many other stores across the nation, given my travel for business. As the store manager said, maybe it's due to other stores not following corporate policy and being more accommodating. But I would assume corporate policy encourages respectful behavior.

  I ordered same-day custom printing with courier delivery to my hotel. An hour after the promised delivery time, Staples told me the order was ready but hadn't been picked up, and they couldn't tell me when it would be. When I asked whether I would receive a notification when the package was picked up or delivered, I was told that Staples has no way of knowing if or when a package is delivered after the courier picks it up. Unreliable. The next day, the package was nowhere to be found with the bellman, concierge, or front desk. We eventually discovered an unlabeled Staples box sitting unattended on a table in the hotel lobby. The printing was fine, but the delivery service was completely unreliable. There was no visibility into the delivery status, no confirmation of delivery, and no accountability for ensuring the package reached the intended recipient.
