was helped by white guy, nerd glasses, brown hair, amazon returns, 1 item was not scanned in system, leading to nightmare w amazon, and he refused to throw away a box, i don't understand why this place is still open in 2026, i guess just for amazon returns

If I could give this staples no stars, I absolutely would. I came in to get some balloons blown up that I paid for for my son‘s birthday party today. One of the associates pops one of the balloons, one of the main balloons for the number 11 and had the nerve to say that it was not her fault, although she was the one blowing up the balloon and popped it.. then lied and said when she sat it on the counter after she blew it up it popped on its own then said it got undone by the seams on its own.. so when someone else came over to finish blowing up the other balloons, a heavy set Hispanic fellow with long hair, he was combative and disrespectful to me for being upset about them, popping my balloon with no actual explanation as to how it popped on its own.. do not come to this Staples/party city storefront.. not only is it ghetto and dirty, They employ rude disrespectful people who doesn’t know what customer service actually is..all of the people who work here honestly needs to be fired immediately… friendly advice… if you hate your job find somewhere else that best suits you!

Came to this location to return an Amazon package and Jessica wouldn’t take her eyes off me with such annoyance visible on her face. Since she was was already looking my way while waiting in the return desk I asked if I was in the correct place since she never actually helped me or even offered and just said “I will be right there” she had me open the box myself and actually handed me scissors to do her job that she gets paid to do and when I asked if I could leave the box there she said no with a attitude. Such a miserable employee that isn’t happy or thankful for her job and is still representing Staples!
