- TGTravel Gal4 days ago2.0I came here to use a self service photocopier. First, the guy working at the main checkout counter was awesome. He said hello to every person who came through the door. He said good-bye to people too. The self serve photocopier area left a lot to be desired. There was no indication ANYWHERE as to how much the photocopies cost. If I had known immediately that copies cost over 20 cents each, I would have left immediately. There were no directions about how to use the machines. I had to figure it out myself. (I was old school, trying to make double sided copies from paper.) When the machine got stuck in a mode of trying to figure out what i was trying to do, I went and asked the human worker for help. He told me just to wait for the machine to catch up, which it never did. It finally let me cancel the copy job, but only when it offered me the option. I managed to make one set of copies. The top line was cut off on a few of the pages, even though my original had plenty of margin, and I had loaded it in correctly. There were no supplies offered to patrons of the self serve copiers. No glue, scissors, or staples were available. Overall, the entire area was dismal. I will not be using the photocopiers here ever again.
