Just waited 15 mins (!!) as the two employees tag-teamed to help one print center customer. I can even understand if they feel short-staffed, etc - but they COULD NOT CARE LESS to have someone waiting in line for Amazon. It wasn’t until four people were in the Amazon line did one (guy with the ponytail) begrudgingly come over to process by 45 second interaction with a poor attitude. News flash: Amazon returns were added to Staples to keep y’all in business. It may feel like a nuisance to you, but you probably wouldn’t like a future without that being an offering… Don’t come here if you expect a courteous, quick experience.

The behavior tolerated from the elderly gentleman with the long, grey ponytail who worked in the print station today at 3:25pm cost you a very large printing job. He was rude and dismissive and behaved like a sassy, unprofessional teenager, with eye rolling included, toward the extremely elderly gent who went before me, then offered a horribly snide dismissal to me and my entire order. He does not care how this location looks to the public, nor to his coworkers. He is very bad for your business. Off to another company. I was looking up another Staples, but I am not feeling like you want my business at Staples at all. Feeling very disrespected. I may not bring my business to you in the future, his behavior was that ridiculous and insulting.
