  Delivery team was amazing! I had a spiral staircase and was worried my bed wouldn’t fit into my loft. Thankfully they were able to get it but definitely didn’t look easy. Thank you thank you thank you!

  Belmi from RXO arrived early and delivered outstanding service in truly difficult conditions. It was raining and hailing, the kind of weather that would give most crews a reason to delay or rush. Belmi and his team still showed up with a smile, stayed professional from start to finish, and completed the job without cutting corners. They were punctual, courteous, and clearly experienced. Communication was clear, they treated the property with care, and they worked efficiently even when the weather made everything harder. That combination of reliability, attitude, and workmanship is rare. RXO should be proud of Belmi and this crew.   Do not use this facility for your deliveries! They considered a phone call an attempt. They then lied and said they left a voicemail. They did not. They saw cars in the driveway and kept going. $3,000 delivery and now we don't have a fridge.

  Disappointed Delivery schedule is a mess. I rescheduled meetings all day as I kept getting repeated notifications that I was next all day Only to receive a last message at 620pm saying my item was undeliverable because “customer” was not available?😮 I had no missed calls or voicemail.
