- SKShakara KingMay 20, 20221.0Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! Prior to moving to downtown Phoenix another company delivered my water and there was never a problem. Once I moved out of Scottsdale it's as if they no longer wanted my business. The first delivery name came. Second delivery they delivered 5, 5 gallon bottles OUTSIDE of my two story building, although I gave them very specific instructions on how to access my building. I had to bring them all up on my own as my husband is a disabled vet. Not to mention the empty bottles they didn't pick up at my door because they never came in. I called and spoke to someone several times asking them to please deliver the bottles to my door, but after that, they just stopped coming. I would receive an email saying that my delivery is upcoming and they would just never come. This has been happening for months now leaving me with 12 empty bottles that I have been charged for a bottom loader dispenser that I can't use unless I go fill up the large bottles of water on my own. This is just ridiculous. I do not recommend this company.
