  Had the misfortune Of running into a sales rep at Costco. The rep doesn’t even work directly for Primo. No one appears to work for Primo. The customer service is nonexistent from this brand. I was charged for delivery that Was never delivered. And there’s no one I can talk to you about it the delivery man Francisco was absolutely useless. I paid over 100$ for nothing just 100$ gone so I wouldn’t call this a service this is a disservice and waste of time and money . I would never want my loved ones dependent on these people for water . I ordered the machine a little over a month ago and the delivery person kept saying it was delivered but it’s no where to be found . In all seriousness I think there entire system is based on frustrating the customer to the point where you just give up

  This station works great, however the price needs to drop. I went to two other locations, and the stations were broken (7th st & UnionHills and 19th Ave & Union Hills) Primo, how are you going to charge that amount per gallon, and not maintain your machines? The water station at 19th Ave, was last serviced on April 9th. The station at 7th st, had water leaking onto the ground, and tge screen was blinking.
