- AMappache mathewsSep 15, 20261.0Had the misfortune Of running into a sales rep at Costco. The rep doesn’t even work directly for Primo. No one appears to work for Primo. The customer service is nonexistent from this brand. I was charged for delivery that Was never delivered. And there’s no one I can talk to you about it the delivery man Francisco was absolutely useless. I paid over 100$ for nothing just 100$ gone so I wouldn’t call this a service this is a disservice and waste of time and money . I would never want my loved ones dependent on these people for water . I ordered the machine a little over a month ago and the delivery person kept saying it was delivered but it’s no where to be found . In all seriousness I think there entire system is based on frustrating the customer to the point where you just give up
