They force you through an unorganized, repetitive internal screening process just to hit an office-visit quota, but refuse to confirm if they even have a real, active client position open for you to interview for…. RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER: "Thank you for sharing your feedback... However, we cannot find you in our system under this name, so we'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and determine which office or interaction this relates to. Please contact our Scottsdale office..." UPDATE: Playing Corporate Word Games with me is not going to work, ask the guy i told, “laying floors for Corporate delays” and responded “ok.” Prides Staffing has no Scottsdale office, I’m the one who found you only to be met with a complete disengaged person who says, “I’ll call you at 11:15am to complete a screening interview” when I called at 11:06am, declined going into the PHOENIX office unless there is an active position we can discuss. Ask Reva, she blasted my phone with auto texts, or cross reference this account email address with your records. Maybe the lady who twisted my words, “is there a position to make the trip to the office to discuss” and offered a video interview instead to “So you’re not interested?” At 1:58pm Aug 13. This public attempt to gaslight a qualified candidate who initiated your job validates my 1-star review and company’s foot-traffic-quota because your data logistics is failing? No Integrity, No Trust, No Reliability, No Respect, No Innovation, No Pride.

  I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. It started off very respectful, everyone was nice ,friendly, and helpful until recently. I've been calling for at least 2 weeks after going to apply in person (on the bus BTW) and now im getting avoided to the absolute max. Then when I finally talk to Marcus he tells me to give him a call back. So I did the next morning at 10am and the they lady in the office tells me he's on lunch and won't be back until after 1230. I've never heard of a 2 and a half hour break but thats not my worry. It constantly being avoided and lied to. Would not recommend
