As soon as I walk in the guy was extremely rude asking what I needed to get done then proceeded to tell me he doesn't have time to do them today. I scheduled an appointment yesterday just so I didnt walk in.. whomever took the call Tuesday around 3:45 PM didnt even put my appointment onto the scedual so the guy was was extremely rude to me. He didn't even want to give me his name!!! Extremely horrible customer service and a complete waste of my time and energy. He could have had a completely different approach to it and It would have been fine. Wasn't nice or respectful in the slightest. If I could give this post 0 stars I would. To the response: I was told the previous day to come at 4pm, I had asked him if 3 or 3:30pm would be better, not sure why I was told to come at the cut off time. Yes I did arrive at 4:08, but the way I was treated by the person working was not by any means appropriate. This was definitely as issue with 2 different employees the one who "scedualed" my appointment, and the rude employee working yesterday April 8th.
