  I’ve been meaning to make this review for months now. SHAKIRA. I give her TEN stars out of five. I spent more than 10 hours on the phone And two days of my life trying to procure some tickets to the Phoenix open that I bought online that were supposed to arrive at my house before my husband‘s 50th birthday. I bought them from StubHub. A company I will never use again. Just the fact that they didn’t have a digital ticket shocked me I am old-school I like paper tickets, but StubHub would not give me a paper ticket and I called FedEx So many times and they just kept telling me there was nothing that they could do. I was able to finally figure out where the tickets were so I drove down after 10 hours of phone calls and two days of nightmare to the FedEx location on Indian school and I spoke with Shakira. Shakira looked at me typed my tracking number into her computer said yes ma’am we have your package. I will bring it out now. She asked me for my ID and then she just handed me the tickets in the FedEx package. And I said you’re not allowed to do this because I had already spent 10 hours on the phone with the ticket company and with FedEx and they were all from India by the way And Shakira said ma’am, you showed me your ID this is your package of course I’m going to give it to you and so Shakira saved my husband‘s 50th birthday. When she went into the back to get my package, I started crying in the lobby. I could not even believe it. Like a real life person helped me. What happened? Was that StubHub Took my money wrote my name on the address label but never bothered to put my actual address on the label and so my package was stuck at a FedEx office for days and days and days and it took me several days to get this. Shakira took care of this for me and I cried in the FedEx office and I cried when I got to my car because she saved my husband‘s 50th birthday.. Give her a raise.

  When I asked questions about shipping, Carmen store0225 was very evasive and chose the options on the customer side of device instead of allowing me to sign or read what she was doing. When I asked questions she wouldn’t answer or just said trust the package will arrive. The whole encounter left me feeling unsettled. Poor customer service. Hoping my items arrive and nothing is missing since she stated I could not pack my own items in the shipping box and make sure it was sealed before leaving the property. Just felt sketchy.

  I usually don’t leave bad reviews. I’ve never shipped with a shipper where them having system tracking issues that affect your business and they are the ones with the attitude. Not an apology, not a let me look into this. Just a “we ship millions of packages a day” this is the first we’ve seen. “How about making it right or at least picking up a phone and finding out answers? The overall staff is great. The evening manager Rick is who this review is a reflection of.
