I usually will have 800-1000 flyers printed to promote a concert and they price gouge when the employees of the branch have to do anything at all. Then when the order is not printed correctly they blame the customer instead of fixing the problem to make the order right. Bad service.

Unfortunately, my interaction with Jim at the front was very disappointing. I was overcharged for printing a single page black and white $3.08 , and when I asked for a sticky cover plate or shipping sticker cover (which has typically been provided in the past), he refused in an unfriendly and unhelpful manner. Even when I offered to pay for it, he declined and mentioned it was only for “his customers,” which was confusing and frustrating since I am a regular customer. This experience was unexpected given my history with this location. I hope management addresses this, as it doesn’t reflect the level of service I’ve received here before.
