- JEJon EatonNov 9, 20181.0Bad experience. I dropped off two boxes Thursday around noon and designated overnight. They said they were busy and would get them out. Here it is Friday morning. They just went out for a Monday, overnight delivery. Horrible customer service. They also charge an additional $15 handling fee to pick up packages. This is regardless of picking them up yourself or having delivered to room. It’s a huge racket. Use a local Fedex.
