  I needed 5 sheets of paper printed and mailed to 5 different recipients. Seems simple enough and I thought surly I’d be able to do this online without having to hold up a line and ask a worker to manually type in 5 addresses. I could not figure how to do this online, so I uploaded the 5 docs and went in to pick up the prints. They were ready for pickup and that was easy peasy. I asked for help with getting them mailed out and dude looked away like I was the biggest jerk in the world. I asked, “is there another way I can do it so you don’t have to?” He said, “there is no other way”. Damn dude, sorry but that sounds like a process issue and not something you should make me feel like I wrecked your day over. He awkwardly tried to explain to me how to do it next time (which I still have no idea what the preference is) and got the job done. Experience could have been worse, but I didn’t have “FedEx guy making me feel like crap” on my Bingo card this week.

  They helped me get a poster printed for a conference within one day, and they were so kind. Clean, air conditioned store. Great customer service!

  I was trying to schedule a pick up of a very important document in the Philippines. After spending a week attempting to do it online, it just was not working. I spoke with numerous reps, to no avail. I went into this location and within 2 seconds the guy GLEEFULLY says nope we can t help you, we are retail only. I am going to go with DHL instead, Fedex is worthless. Never again, they have lost sight of their original purpose —picking up shipping packages.
