  Ramona, Connie and Jenny were extremely helpful. I had tons of questions and they patiently answered them all. They assisted me in preparing my package. DHL have always been great for me, very fast and affordable compared to other couriers. This location is a reflection of that!

  My wedding dress was set to arrive a day late to my destination. When I called DHL, I didn’t expect anyone to even try to help, let alone spend hours figuring out how to get it to me and brainstorming different solutions. In such a stressful moment, Connie Dalling went far above and beyond what her job required, taking ownership of the situation and exploring every possible option to help. At one point, she even personally retrieved my dress from a delivery truck to help ensure I received it as quickly as possible. Her genuine commitment to helping made all the difference, and the level of care she showed is something I will never forget. Because of this experience, I now use DHL as my preferred delivery service.

  I had the most amazing customer service from Ramona at DHL today. I had a couple of international shipments to deal with, and she was patient and helped me get it all figured out. Honestly, you don’t expect such excellent customer service from an employee of a big company, but Ramona was just really great.
