  Absolutely the worst shipping service I've ever experienced. The package arrived in Phoenix on the 22nd and tracking said it was on a truck for delivery, it was NEVER delivered. Then it noted the package was at their service center that evening, it supposedly has been there ever since. The phone number disconnects after a brief message saying to try the live chat. Live chat indicates there are no live agents available. At this point I am involving AmEx for a refund from the seller because at over $1,000.00 I'm not willing to take the hit. DHL is the worst!

  Ramona is the best!! She was so kind and helpful and helped me get my delivery right before closing hours. She saved my day and did it with grace and a smile. Give her a raise!

  Excellent experience with DHL! I arrived shortly before closing, but the staff were still extremely welcoming, patient, and professional. They provided great service without making me feel rushed and even offered me a bottle of water, which was a very thoughtful touch. The international shipping process was smooth and easy, and my shipment arrived much faster than I expected. I really appreciated the level of customer service and efficiency. Definitely a great experience, and I would highly recommend this location!

  I shipped a suitcase via a luggage service to a cruise. Unfortunately, additional information was needed for customs clearance upon the arrival of the bag which never came from the luggage company. As a result, DHL sent the bag back to me as they were not able to deliver it to its desired destination. When I learned that the bag was being shipped back, I was able to track it and upon arrival in Phoenix, I simply went to the DHL service point in Phoenix and the counter agent (Julie) was incredibly helpful in locating the bag and reuniting me with it. Service was excellent and very courteous.

  The purpose of this review is to give a Phoenix based DHL team member credit for meticulously managing the return of a lost bag from the Sunderland, UK railway station back to the owner. It's a railway station, did their part by taping the return label.I purchased from DHL to the outside of a nylon bag. Needless to say, it didn't stay on very well. But by virtue of its destination and her continuous involvement in making sure the commercial invoice was complete.And that items that could not be sent under DHL shipping regulations were removed.Ultimately, the pack made it to the phoenix freight depot. Irony would have that she. I received the labelless bag as part of her job to track down.Who it belonged to. Because she has a focus on task completion from beginning to end in my mind. From my years in corporate America, a seamless commitment. To fulfilling customer expectations, connie recognized, the lost bag was the one that she had helped coordinate from guiding me to the online shipping. Site in the u k to creating a commercial inventory required for customs... Obviously DHL as a team assured that the item got back to the United States, but it could just as easily have been lost in a domestic warehouse, but for Connie's commitment to taking care of the customer. Kudos to the entire team, but special thanks to Connie for doing what we hope all team members do every day..."Own the Result". As a person who had large numbers of people, direct reporting and much larger numbers, reporting to them throughout my thirty five year career, I can tell you, this is someone who really gets it! The next time I need to ship something that is critical DHL well be my choice. Thank you.
