  First off I never do reviews but this just bothered me and I want to express my opinion on this UPS Store. First off. The parking is horrible and when mailing a small package like 6 x6 regular mail it was a twenty dollar bill. They are charging double of what everyone else is charging. I think it’s because of the 6 employees that have to pay standing around. Will not be back.

  Huge shoutout to Hayden and Lauren at the UPS Store on Lake Pleasant & Happy Valley! I stopped in right before closing on 7/20/26, and they were absolutely outstanding. They were efficient, informative, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. This is exactly the kind of customer service you hope to find at your local UPS Store. Honestly, these two should be in a UPS commercial—they’re that good! Thank you both for making what could have been a rushed, end-of-day visit such a great experience. It didn’t go unnoticed, and it’s very much appreciated!

  Convenient location but the parking lot is very small. It’s tough to find a place most of the time. There were 6 employees working when I stopped in for a drop-off, but I still had a 5 minute wait.

  I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this UPS location. The staff is not friendly at all and seem to lack basic customer service. There’s no greeting when you walk in, and no effort to engage or even acknowledge customers. The store itself is extremely crowded — it’s often hard just to get in the door because of the long lines and packages stacked throughout the space. It feels disorganized and overwhelming. The parking situation makes things even worse. The lot is tight with awkward angles, making it very difficult to navigate or even turn around. It adds unnecessary stress to what should be a quick stop. We will absolutely go out of our way to avoid this location in the future. If you have the option, I highly recommend going to the location on 67th and Happy Valley — the experience there is night and day.
