  Was in this store yesterday. It was a hot mess. Hundreds of boxes everywhere and the service was extremely poor. I brought an envelope on to mail and the person who helped me would not put the label on the envelope he said he would do it later because the line was so long. I paid for the item and I am not sure if this worker even put the label on the envelope. I will never come back to this store. Very poor service.

  An exceptional example of what customer service can look like. I had a time-sensitive print project for an event, including a large-format banner and other branded materials, and the team at this UPS Store went far beyond what I could reasonably have expected. Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the printing process. He brought both technical knowledge and attention to detail to the project, and when the banner required equipment that wasn’t available at the store, he took the extra steps necessary to make sure it was completed beautifully and on time. The final print quality was excellent. Kari was equally wonderful—kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me meet my deadline. And I want to acknowledge the entire team as well. Even at the end of the day (on a Friday), everyone remained welcoming and supportive and made sure that I had what I needed for my event. What impressed me most was that none of this felt transactional. There was no unnecessary upselling or pressure—just people taking ownership, solving problems, and caring about the outcome as though the project mattered to them too. Mike, Kari, and the entire team: thank you for the professionalism, kindness, flexibility, and extraordinary service. You truly saved the day for me, and I am deeply grateful. This is the kind of experience that turns a customer into a loyal customer. I would recommend this location without hesitation. I hope the team knows that the care they put into their work was noticed and genuinely appreciated.

  First off I never do reviews but this just bothered me and I want to express my opinion on this UPS Store. First off. The parking is horrible and when mailing a small package like 6 x6 regular mail it was a twenty dollar bill. They are charging double of what everyone else is charging. I think it’s because of the 6 employees that have to pay standing around. Will not be back.

  Huge shoutout to Hayden and Lauren at the UPS Store on Lake Pleasant & Happy Valley! I stopped in right before closing on 7/20/26, and they were absolutely outstanding. They were efficient, informative, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. This is exactly the kind of customer service you hope to find at your local UPS Store. Honestly, these two should be in a UPS commercial—they’re that good! Thank you both for making what could have been a rushed, end-of-day visit such a great experience. It didn’t go unnoticed, and it’s very much appreciated!
