The manager was crazy. I paid to ship $300,000 contractand they lost it. They said it wasn’t their fault and they made me pay to do it again they wouldn’t even cover the 20 bucks and pay to print the paper that they lost as well. The Indian lady is rude and needs to be educated on customer service and running a business properly. She wouldn’t give me her name stay away.!!!!

Kudos to this UPS store and its owner and her associates for doing business with a focus on service. Not the type of service where they took a box measured it, were polite took your money and we're polite again. This was the type of service where despite being busy with customers waiting for service, late in the afternoon, they acknowledged me and others as we entered the store, told us they'd be right with us, thank me for my patience ask me how they could help me then proceeded to bring all four heavy cartons in from my car then again brought in 100 lb of old records to be shredded. While doing all this they engaged in dialogue they were friendly and they were welcoming. Congrats to the owner of this store for truly understanding what a service model of business really is and delivering on it.

I had a wonderful experience today at this UPS location. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I had a relatively heavy, fragile and expensive item to have packed, and they happily did so with utmost professionalism. And the pricing was very reasonable too. Thank you, thank you!!
