  Their notary service is virtually non existent I've been here three different times and they have no notary it's advertised for 7 days a week but I seems like it's no days a week

  Don't go to this ups store. Took two packages there. They were same thing one opened resealed. Two dog stairs, only got one recipe he said both on there that's a lie. Says one item not two. Went back the next day and he said it was in Goodyear az. On Amazon it said only one returned and other still needs to be dropped off.

  I’m really tired of dealing with the unfriendly staff at this location. The customer service from the two or three men I’ve encountered here has consistently been cold, dismissive, and unpleasant. When you work with the general public, a simple friendly hello, basic courtesy, and a thank-you should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this UPS location. I shouldn’t feel like I’m inconveniencing someone simply by coming in to conduct business. Customer service matters, and this location could use a serious improvement in that department.

  I have to say the worst location in the US. The employees act like you are unconvincing them for coming in. Believe the reviews. The employee is usually just sitting outside. They never answer the phone. Just close the doors because the employees don't want to even be there.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Making someone pay 2 dollars for a foot of tape, when returning an Amazon package is robbery. Returning your package is not actually free. And saying "two dollars or give a 5 star rating" is just wrong. Huge rip off. Shame on you UPS.
