I came in here to get ONE PIECE OF PAPER laminated, and the lady in the print section had an attitude when I walked to the counter asking in a very snarky tone “do you have a question???” And when I told her I needed a piece of paper laminated, she replied with a scoff, followed by “it’s not getting done today.” I would have understood if I had a large stack of paper to have them laminate and they were busy, but they were not doing anything at all, and as I said, I had ONE singular piece of printer paper I needed laminated. This is the second time this print center has refused to do a simple job that I have been happy to pay. I do not recommend this location. HORRIBLE lazy employees.

The staff at this location were absolutely horrible. I came in twice today, and unfortunately, both female employees I interacted with were extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. I came in at the designated time to pick up my products, only to find out that they had been printed on the wrong type of paper. This was their mistake, yet the employee I spoke with had an attitude about it. She then told me I would need to come back an entire hour later just to have six business cards printed. Earlier that morning, I had already come in and the employee printed what I needed right in front of me, but I was told to come back several hours later because apparently it takes that long to cut the items. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Both employees I encountered came across as though they genuinely did not want to be there or deal with customers. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of customer service made the situation much worse. Unfortunately, based on my experience today, I would not recommend this location. Female #1: 10:53AM as my receipt states Female #2: 5PM Both at “print pickup” station
