- BMbob mattsonJan 22, 20265.0Mr. Akeem A. Oguntade: The Postmaster @ Parker, AZ Branch is such a gentleman to deal with whenever a situation arises that requires some special assistance. I had the opportunity to discuss some irregular occurrences while he was Postmaster at our Buckeye location. I still had his phone contact while unaware that he had relocated to Parker, AZ. I called him today because we were having trouble with our mail forwarding in Buckeye. What customer Service! He not only looked into our situation, but also contacted our carrier here in Buckeye by phone & resolved the confusion. Very rare nowadays to receive that kind of concern and assistance. Akeem, you are an exemplary person! Thank you very much for all your help! Patrick DeNucci.
- LBLouis BenMar 15, 20231.0Today I went to that post office and was able to pick up three packages that I had sent their general delivery a week ago, so I was really surprised to find that they were pretty nice seeing how they have a bunch of negative reviews. However this evening when I went to track the package I've been waiting 2 weeks to receive they rejected it and sent it back to Tennessee, these people are atrocious, God awful hateful pieces of s.
- MRMary ReedMar 22, 20191.0Went this morning at 10 am to pick up my priority general delivery mail. Was told that there was nothing with my name on it. Went back home and checked the tracking number and saw it was delivered there the day before!!! Now it's after 10:30 am and can't get my mail until Monday before 10:30 am. VERY poor service and attitude.
