I’d give zero if possible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE. We had them taken and they didn’t meet the requirements, there were shadows, my daughter had her head tilted and he didn’t even ask her to correct it. Just took the photos and printed us photos we couldn’t use. When we ask him to do it again correctly he just said “that’s the best I can do, please go elsewhere”. Shocking service
I have been a repeat customer at this location and have consistently received exceptional service. Nonetheless, my recent visit to the Silverbell location near the Cortero exit did not meet my expectations, and I therefore declined their service. The next day, I subsequently went back to my usual OV location where the staff exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the smooth and professional service. A crucial lesson learned is to always return to a business with the value of consistently providing exceptional service…so thank you, UPS store Oro Valley.

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this UPS Store location on Oracle.
When I arrived, there were only about four customers ahead of me in line. While I was waiting patiently like everyone else, someone from the store asked me — in front of everyone — what I was there for. I explained that I needed a document notarized.
At that point, the owner stated that he was the only person who could handle notarizations and told me to come back around 5:30. What made this extremely frustrating is that there were two other employees standing there assisting with other tasks, yet I was still turned away.
Not only was this inconvenient, it was also very unprofessional to single out a customer in front of everyone in line, ask about their business publicly, and then refuse service while clearly operating with multiple staff members present.
A notary service is advertised as part of the services offered at this location. If the store is unwilling or unable to provide that service during normal operating hours, customers should be informed before people wait in line.
After being turned away, I ended up driving to the UPS Store on Tangerine. Adam, the owner there, helped me immediately and provided excellent service. That experience was the complete opposite — professional, respectful, and exactly what customers should expect.
So shout out to Adam and the UPS Store on Tangerine for actually taking care of customers the right way.
Because of how poorly this situation was handled at the Oracle location, I will never set foot in that store again. I hope UPS corporate reviews how this location is being managed, because customers should never be treated this way or have their time wasted like this.
