This last time, the woman who helped me seemed rushed and didn't know what I needed (even though I was the only one there and there we two customer service agents present). I'm not even sure if the matter was resolved.

After waiting in line for 30-40 minutes, I was greeted by a miserable employee who immediately snapped with, “I hope you have everything you need or you’ll have to get back in line” I came to the counter completely prepared. I had two packages that needed to be sent certified mail, and I had already filled out both certified slips entirely. All I needed from her was to calculate the postage and process my payment. I barely got five words out trying to explain how I needed them sent before she interrupted me and repeatedly said, “I can’t help you, I can’t help you, I can’t help you.” I told her I’d go to the next closest post office that did want to help me and she said, “perfect good luck with that.” I did go to the next closest post office and was in and out with zero issues in less than 5 minutes. Why are federal employees some of the most miserable people to deal with? This is not a one off experience with this location OR this employee.
