Delia was amazing! We needed a document notarized while we were traveling out of state and she happily assisted us. Was pleasant to talk with and talked about how she enjoyed her job.

I was at the location on Main St. in Mesa last week. Delia was there by herself with quite a few customers, yet she remained un-flustered, efficient and very friendly with everyone. All of our needs were handled quickly. Nicely done!

Great service! Got a handy QR code or I wouldn't have posted a review but been going here for years and always have a lovely experience. Very quick and very kind and I just had an Amazon return. 😁 Good Job Ladies!

5 stars purely due to Delia. Give Delia a raise. She’s killing it being the only staff member. She moved quick when she had a bunch of people waiting. She got through that line faster than when I’ve been here with multiple staff members present 👏

I went in to have a form notarized, but I had mistakenly signed it before I got there, which was 100% my fault. The young woman who waited on me on me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I put my folder down on the counter and she shoved it out of the way. She said, don’t you know the whole point of notarizing is to have me watch you sign it? She then turned her back on me and walked away without saying anything. She might be the rudest person I’ve encountered in a customer service situation in a long time. Judging by some of the other reviews, this doesn’t seem like the first time it’s happened. The owners response is completely fabricated and untrue. I was never offered to email the form nor was there anyone else in the store at that time. I suspect the person responding to the review is the person I interacted with.
