  Swung in this morning to drop off a return and Delia was super helpful. She was quick to notice that according to my return info, I was supposed to be at a FeDex store. This is a UPS store. But before my blood pressure spiked, she had things under control and the drop off location adjusted. Thanks Delia!

  Delia is AWESOME at her job. She handles customers needs efficiently and she always has a great attitude while doing so. UPS/ALL EMPLOYERS need people like Delia. Good customer service & taking pride in your work is a dying thing but Delia reminds me that there are still people who take pride in whatever it is they do. Stay solid in your ways Delia because your on point. Oh, and a side note she's also beautiful 😎

  05-05-2026 Today I met Delia at UPS Alma School and Main st. MESA, ARIZONA. Sweetheart personal touch but a professional so in tuned with customers aide. Really knew exactly what I needed to complete my professional lawyer paperwork. Strategy to change the local government officials in Superior Court Arizona. Delia has been working gor UPS 10 years amd glows as she works. I recommend UPS on Alma School mostly because 3 woman work there are the best version we could ask for! Have A Smiley Day ☺️

  KAT IS AMAZING! Everytime I go into the ups store she’s always so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate her kindness. I usually do t do reviews but she deserves it! Great team overall.
