Dismissive, rude and condescending are the best adjectives for her demeanor toward customers. I won’t be back in. She desperately needs coaching on customer service, self-awareness and non-verbal ques, like smiling, open and approachable stance. Sad, hope a manager take the time to coach her for success.
- MMMaeApr 8, 20261.0Took my letter in to be mailed certified with tracking number and it still hasn’t been processed yet by USPS. Over 36 hours later, still no tracking. I called and left a message, then called back and spoke to a worker who said mail goes out at 1pm. Well, yesterday my transaction was at 12:47 and apparently wasn’t given to the USPS driver. I would give them no stars if I could. How inept do you have to be to miss 2 days of mailing my letter?! Do NOT use this place because they aren’t trustworthy and like I said, INEPT!!!
