Refuses to print a shipping label for me unless I pay almost $3. What a scam! And the associate argued with me that it isn't a scam. Great way to lose a customer!

They always take care of your business efficiently and most important they always have a smile. The staff there is amazing!
If I could leave a fraction of a star, I would. The clerk who waited on us had all the enthusiasm and customer service skills of a sloth, and explained nothing to us. Even though we told him we were sending 3 glass vases, a decent human being would have reminded us that unless UPS packs them, there is no coverage. I asked him to affix some "Fragile" stickers, he said he would, but he never did. Two of the 3 vases were shattered. We packed them very, very well with layers of bubble wrap,packing peanuts, shredded paper, Styrofoam, etc. It al.ost seems intentional that someone, somewhere dropped that box from a very high level for that degree of damage. To spend $84 to send these to my sister, who had to leave them behind when they moved, would have been worth it if they hadn't been ruined. Cananyone tell me which, if any, customer was served in this transaction? Certainly not the recipient, who ended up with mostly shattered glass, and certainly not me, who had the whole experience ruined by a careless and greed organization whose customer

I purchased a box from this UPS store for $10.82. Thought this price was excessive. When I went home, I found another box. 3 hours later, I brought the box I purchased back in the same condition I bought it. It was then the associate Ritz told me, I could not return the box. At no time when I made the purchase did he mention the sale was final. The receipt does NOT state, it was a final sale.
Ritz mentioned I could exchange it. I asked him to apply the $10.82 to the package I was shipping. He said, that is not possible.
I asked to speak to the manager. I informed the manager, I was not told it was a final sale, and the receipt does not state its a final sale. The manger, Ash said, it is not possible to refund my $10.82. They have the box and my $10.82. Never a great feeling getting ripped off. I'll go to FedEx next time.
