  Every week I go to a different UPS location and forward mail for some people whose house I am watching while they are away for the summer. There has never been a single problem. One time I went to this location and somehow they have lost the mail Never again there's another location on power and Baseline. Go there and save yourself a headache For only once. Shame on you When I call down there to find out what was going on the lady was super rude. She said something about I paid the guy at the guy at the register and then he put stamps on the envelope and put it in the USPS mailbox and so now it's the United States postal services problem I don't know how that makes sense. No one has ever put stamps on these envelopes before when I've paid them at the register. But like I said I've never had any problems before. There's another location right on power and Baseline. Go there instead and save yourself a headache So the owner posted for me to contact them which I did and then they just reiterated the fact that they can't help me And they wanted me to provide them with the receipt they gave me. Which of course I didn't keep who keeps the receipt from mailbox store How about this ...you could just not lose the mail. That would be amazing. I know it makes me a Karen to suggest that people nowadays actually do their job, but it's ridiculous for you to put that response out there and act like you care when really you just wanted to get positive press. so at the risk of sounding like a Karen. How about this? Do your job stop losing Mail pretend like your job is to not lose mail and when you do lose the mail own it. don't pretend like you're going to do something about it. You're not. just say Yeah, We lost The mail and we have no recourse. And if all you were going to do was put stamps on it and stick it in the mailbox. Why didn't you just tell me to put my own stamps on it and stick it in the mailbox myself instead of acting like you were providing a service.

  Always good, friendly service. They're all great but my favorite is the guy with the longer hair.

  Easy for me to get to. Friendly, courteous staff. Can sometimes be hard to get a parking space close.

  Everything was going great doing my amazon return. Then I figured I'd buy my postage stamps there so I didn't have to make another stop. Well the stamps did not stick no matter how hard I tried so I had to g o home and tape them to the envelopes. So much for not making extra stop. Did i metion they were $2.00 a piece my god they have to make there money somehow I guess
