  Simply put the best Always friendly and helpful staff Family owned and that is the atmosphere of the store Family feeling there to help you with whatever your needs.

  Usually don't like to leave a negative review when my approach to the interaction wasn't exactly the nicest either. Tried to send my trade in to tmoble with the packaging they provided (there was no box mentioned in their instructions). Rep proceed to repeat that I NEED a box. And that they are not responsible if the phone arrives broken to tmobile, Okay understood. Then proceeds to say we can do it for you but for a fee. She seemed bothered or offended that I did not want to pay for the store/her to package. I proceed to leave and she is still making comments about needing a box and ect, to me that is still arguing. My comment on the way out is theres no need to continue to argue I'm leaving. Here's why I'm leaving this review. She then proceeds to comment very vocally that " I DO NOT NEED TO BE A KAREN" If you can't de-escalate a situation or simply say "have a better day" and stay quite and move on from the interaction you probably need to reevaluate your customer services skills. There are plenty of other reviews mentioning similar interactions with other employees at this location. I will own my approach to it however the last comment the employee had on my way out was extremely unprofessional and unneeded as if she needed to be the one that's right. UPS branch owner train your staff better on de-escalation cause it seems to be the issue here when either it's busy or people don't want to purchase a service.

  I been coming to ups for a while now all the employees always helpful Maggie, Josie, willow, Evelyn the owner are so kind very helpful with all my needs. Thank you all for your kindness

  This UPS Store is conveniently located near my home, but unfortunately, every visit has been frustrating. I've noticed a clear difference in how customers are treated depending on whether they're purchasing services or simply dropping off a package or Amazon return. Whenever I come in for a service that doesn't directly generate revenue for the store, the staff often seem annoyed and unwilling to help. While they do provide the services they're required to offer, it's frequently accompanied by a rude attitude and poor customer service. Basic courtesy and professionalism appear to be lacking. After multiple negative experiences, I've decided I would rather drive farther to another location than continue dealing with the unprofessional and unfriendly service at this store. Customer service matters, regardless of the type of transaction, and this location consistently falls short.

  The owner of this location is so helpful and really made my vision come to life with some promotional print material for an upcoming event we are sponsoring. This UPS store is more than just a shipping hub they offer so many great products and resources to help local businesses!
