They’re are quick and very patient and kind. They only have about 3 workers at a time and manage to get to your services very quickly and efficiently.

Today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in the many years that I’ve come to UPS!! Let me give you a little background!! So before even coming to the store, I contacted UPS. I spoke to a manager in the TEMPE location. I did not get his name, but he was very helpful and explaining pricing for the box that I needed and also stated if I found a box on my own, I could bring it in and they would be happy to tape it and box it for me. Since the location on Lindsay was closer to me I just got my box walked into the store, thinking it would be a smooth process. I wasn’t even able to explain anything when I walked in the door I was greeted by “Robin” Who quickly told me they can’t tape the box up for the treadmill it’s too big, The other UPS rep “Jessica” agree with her that they won’t tape it And proceeded to tell me, I can purchase tape And tape it up myself. I then ask what they at least be able to print out the label that I was given to return the treadmill she says yes. It took me about an hour to take the box up because the tape was not very sticky so I use the entire tape roll to tape the box. Once I got done, I let them know and figured that it would be a smooth process to scan my label and move on. I was then guided to emailing them a screenshot of the label so they can print it out. So I have to take the time to send the email with the label. It took a while to find it, Meanwhile, she was having trouble finding another customers email. That customer realize how unfriendly they were. Jessica and Robin Were a tag team, Both of them should’ve stayed home for the day! Just Lazy And unprofessional, no empathy or customer service skills. Horrible resprensentattion of UPS. I’ve worked with UPS for many years and I’ve always had the best service. Even when they could not do something, they clearly explained it and took the time to show empathy, Sometimes it’s a simple as how you explain things and how you talk to customers that makes a complete difference!! To avoid making the story any longer than it needs to after I got my email sent finally able to find my label. I was in charge for printing the label, Charge for some fabric label holder that I did not ask for, Charge for the tape, And something else she told me. At that point, I was just ready to get out of there. I mentioned two times during my visit that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with UPS hoping that would give them the opportunity to address my concerns or dig deep down inside of them to maybe show some slight empathy but they could care less!! By the way, they also gave that other customer a hard time. When she was leaving, she told the representative to have a good day. The representative did not respond back so the customer repeated it loudly and walked out. Please find other workers who at least seem like they want to help customers and they want to be at work. Again, this was the WORST Experience ever!!

Have been coming here for 8 years and have the mostly lovely ladies help me each time with no problems and even recognize me when I came inn on on 6.20.26, there was a new lady I have never seen before. She proceeded to say I was not allowed to reuse my mailer bags or Amazon boxes. I told her that I was absolutely allowed too as I send and receive mail the same way all the time. She proceeded to walk to the back to get me bags to purchase, which I did not ask her too. Then said she would not tape my items for free I would have to buy tape. I was in a hurry and the store was about to close. I told her I did not understand what was going on here, as this has never happened to me before. I explained it has never worked this way. She had no answer and tried to help ringing up my items. She cost
Me $11 dollars I did not ask to spend but I was in a hurry and it was my last day to ship these items. I believe she was a kind and sweet older women. But I will no longer return to this location until she is trained properly and will not be Using service by her again. It felt more as a sales pitch than a helpful worker which she is there to ship my items not tell me I’m doing it wrong when I have been a seller for 10 years.

I don't normally use this one but found the staff quite rude when there dropping off Amazon return. Will go back to Gilbert Road.

I went in to get something laminated that I have had done already six times and they did it without problem
This lady didn’t even try. She tried for about a minute and said we can’t do it so I had to just get the whole paper laminated instead of having it shrunk to the size I wanted and then because she printed a copy out to try to make it work and didn’t even use it. She made me pay for printing. I’ve been coming here for decades, and I will never come back to this location. The people that work here are rude and they don’t try to help their customers.
Will not be back
