  Everyone is always so friendly at this UPS. I'm typically coming in with 15 Amazon returns and they never make me feel bad for having so much stuff in my returns bag. And so far nothing I've shipped from here has ever been lost. 🙂

  I am posting this late...but my most recent transaction with company left me and my dsughter really upset. My daughter recently moved out and had to leave some things behind... and she was recently sick and had an infection in her eye from her contavts snd she had to throw all her eye makeup away. I sent her over 150.00 worth if cosmetics, some of her little baubbles she had left behind snd a purse and some other misc. stuff and paid over 30.00 to ship it She never got it. I sent it way back in June and then got the email it was delivered. I immediately told her to get it.. so she went looking for it and it was nowhere to be found. The email said "left in locker" 1. There're are no lockers anywhere in her apartment 2. No picture of the drop off. She said she was going to look in the other buildings mail room...still nothing. I had her check good the first few days nothing. I called UPS customer service... they couldnt help me because this is a "third party store" and their customer stuff was handled by them, not UPS. So I called the number i was given and told to submit the claim online... which I did. The denial of my claim was almost immediate! They stated that the package was basically in a delivered status snd no longer their problem (not exact words, but that's what it meant)...i called again because I could dispute the denial...I could not for the life of me get anything to upload to show proof of no lockers being present at her apartment building at all... so the denial wasnt overturned and no matter who i called, or how many different times I tried to jpload new documents, no one could help. Im now afraid to send anytbing to her at all and I definitely WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. My daughter, out of hope that it may "turn up", still looks for it every time she goes to the mailroom. ***Update: they re-reviewed my claim and have paid it. Im am very happy about that, but some of the things in the package were irreplaceable. I would like to know what happened to the package, or if they even know. Changing my rating from 1 star to 3.
