  In general, UPS Stores have very good customer service. Not so today. Was helped by a young woman with a brown asymmetric hair style (nobody wore the standard name tags) so my only way to identify her. There are people who are great at customer service, smile, greeting, keeping the customer up on what they’re doing. Got none of that. Clearly hates her job. Lots of UPS Stores eager for your business…just not here.

  The employees are always so very helpful. Even when they are busy, they are still kind and helpful. I'm glad to have a place to count on for Amazon returns and other services they have.

  Encountered an employee on a Sunday who told several customers who arrived in the store before closing time that they would not be serviced because the store closed at 5 and they needed to close the register because they "have a life and a family to get home to". The employee was rude, inconsiderate, condescending and short with customers. When customers pushed back, the employee acted as if they were doing us a favor by helping. Several of us left flustered after our encounters with said employee. I will intentionally be avoiding this location going forward, especially if I plan to arrive within 30 minutes of closing time. To make matters worse, several items that I sent and left with this UPS didnt even register as returned at Amazon. Pointless and frustrating trip to UPS with financial consequences for the customer. Not great business.

  First off. The kid that helped me was awesome. But getting charged 3 dollars to print a label is such an obvious cash grab from a greasy franchise owner that clearly doesn't care about building local loyalty. As a local business owner, I will do my best to avoid this location

  Donald was so helpful and kind in helping me solve a fingerprinting mishap that I had overlooked on my paperwork. Outstanding customer service.
