When I tried to cancel my subscription they have the most complex subscription cancellation policy. I told my rep I wanted to cancel, then I was provided a form to cancel. I could not back date my cancellation date to the date I wished to cancel. I requested them to cancel my subscription on the date I submitted my wish to cancel and they would not respond. So my subscription was not cancelled. And I was charged for multiple months. I submitted a dispute to my credit card company, THIS company did all the necessary things to overturn the dispute so they continued to be paid for services that I did not use or that I wanted any more. BUYER BEWARE
