  This person is a terrible neighbor and they are vandalizing our shared property with sharpie. They don’t adhere to the CC&Rs and used sharpie to designate parking spots for their air b n b customers. Customers I had to threaten to press charges on when the cops came a third time. Our HOA has agreed to update the rules to start fines for air b n bs as they are not good faith neighbors. I am going to see if that property she owns Lee here in the community is actually vacant as the property code lists. If not that’s tax fraud! Such a terrible human to have to home a home next to.

  if I could give this company a zero I would have Beware—I would not recommend this company. I was asked to provide all rehabilitation documents for a property before being under contract, despite being informed that such documents are only required once a contract is in place. When I raised this concern, I was told to speak with a supervisor. Unfortunately, instead of attempting to resolve the issue, the supervisor dismissed my concerns, handed me a document, rolled her eyes, and instructed me to contact their attorneys. This interaction was unprofessional and disappointing. Based on my experiethis is not use this company if there’s a lawyer out there that can help me please Contact me I recorded the whole conversation

  Great title company to work with. They made my entire home purchase process extremely easy and quick, even with the issues we ran into with my loan.
