  I ordered 100 double sided standard sized business cards, the only colors on the cards were black and white. The white areas came out off white and the lady at checkout tried to tell me it was because that was the color in my file, so I had her pull the file up. Lo and behold, my white was not the issue but she couldn't tell me what was. Every card was very off centered, and I have a border on my design. Her solution was "don't design a card with borders". The other side does not have a border and they were also very off centered, so explain that. She also told me there were more like 140 cards in the box (I'm not sure why she would lie about that), so I counted them when I got home and I had 101 cards, just one more than I payed for. Which I'm fine with but again, why lie? Was it to make up for the lack of quality? ANOTHER issue I had was that they did not call, email, or in any way contact me to tell me that my order was ready. I had to call and ask and it sounded like it had been done for a little while. Very unprofessional on mulitple levels. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

  I would recommend that you go anywhere but here. I went to get simple earring tags and earring care cards printed as well as thank you stickers to put on my packaging. When I had things printed previously I was told that my color was extremely difficult and annoying to print and this time was no less of a treat...When I picked up my cards, the text on my care card was missing a letter and the wrong size (on all 200 of them) and when I brought this to their attention, I was told that they just print what’s on the file and that I should have someone proof my work so I don’t miss anything. I started to think that I quite possibly could have made the mistake but then they pulled up my original file and lo and behold, the lettering was all there and the sizing was what I intended it to be. Then they accepted responsibility for their mistake but I hate to think that had I not pushed it, I would have had to pay for something that was not my mistake. Then, I noticed that the coloring on my sticker sheets was completely inconsistent and half the page was this murky green/brown tone while my color is a nude pink and should have been the same throughout. I brought this up and they walked me out the front door to check it in the natural light and was told that it simply just looked different because of the different lighting. This was not true, but I was so uncomfortable that I said okay and dropped it. Not only that, but each sticker was completely uncentered and overall the job was just done very poorly and it didn’t seem to me that they cared to fix it. Furthermore, I was overcharged for my earring cards because of a previous job I had them do and had I not had the problem with the cards in the first place, I would have overpaid without realizing because the invoice wasn’t itemized in detail. Overall, this whole experience was very unprofessional and the job was handled very poorly. I truly have never left a bad review for anything in my life, but I had such a bad experience that I felt I needed to warn you to go literally anywhere but here for your print jobs.
