Temporary forward is not acknowledged. They continue to deliver even though address is vacant.

Delivered a very obviously empty package that has been cut open. Its one of those Grey Amazon bags that was 100% cut open... very, very easy to feel and see that it is 100% empty. 8/01/26, 10:35 a.m. Elena Trails, Maricopa.

Great location. It's not their fault the only other post office in town was shut down. It's also not their fault that this town is overcrowded and one post office is not enough. The people are always friendly every time I've had to go to the counter, and I've seen some crazy people in there. The best thing - have a parcel drop you can access 24/7 for people who don't need assistance. Thank you for that!!! My only wish is that it was on the other side so we don't have to fight with the line when it's out the door.

Zero stars if I could. I mailed an envelope from another post office less than 30 miles away on June 26nd but because the enevelope was more than 1/4 inch thick it classified as a package. Oh well so instead of paying $1 and something, my cost is $7.90 for ground. Don't miss the 30 miles part. I was told that it would get there (30 miles) by June 29th. I took a screenshot of the receipt and sent it to my friend with the tracking information. Well he did not get it by the 29th as promised. He texted me on July 5th to let me know that the item was still not there. He said that he saw that it was pending "out for delivery" on the 29th and still said the same thing on the 30th. He looked on July 1st and it said delivered but it was not in his locked postal box. So I remade the item and hand delivered it to his front door on July 6th. I started addressing the issue with my local post office becaue the item was insured and they could not help. Talked with a manager there and she gave me the number to call Maricopa PO because Maricopa said they delivered and provided coordinates. I checked the coordinates given and it led me to a intake facility in Chandler. Uggg, now I am really frustrated. Called the Maricopa PO and the phone just rang; no one answered. So now my insured item cannot be refunded cause this facility lied and said they delivered it on June 29th as promised. Again, why did it take 7 days to get an item 30 minutes away. I will know better next time. Well, let me finish this up. Asked my friend to address it with the Maricopa PO and he said that he would. He sent me a text message July 15th (yesterday) saying 'Look what just decided to show up at my door' with a picture of the envelope. People, why in the heck did it take 19 days (that's 2 weeks and 5 days) to deliver an item? Why did you mark it as delivered when it was not? My bad, why did you misdeliver the item and then make good by delivering it YESTERDAY? This is ridiculous to pay this kind of money to mail an envelope for an individual to get it 19 days later. Disgusting! Never again; I will be my own postal carrier to Maricopa before I trust them to deliver it for me again.
