    This store is location and workers have always been positive and helpful but today this worker and I did not catch her name blurred it out my private information that I sent over in an email and failed to disclose to me that I was being charged a computer fee. The fact she said out loud while there was a store full of people where my email was coming from was rude and very unprofessional.! she definitely could’ve went about it in a totally different manner. I would’ve appreciated that I’ve never been charged a computer fee of $3.50 for simply sending the store an email to be printed out. I understand in these times we are charged for every little thing I was unaware of this service fee, but she failed to explain that there was one with the service that I asked for For, which was a copy. This was my first time experiencing this kind of behavior at this establishment hopefully moving forward there will be some type of coaching towards acknowledging confidentiality and the fee advisement

    I had a really frustrating experience at this UPS Store in Maricopa that needs to be addressed. I brought in a package to ship and showed the associate the correct address directly from my phone. The associate took my phone and entered the information themselves. Despite that, the shipment was entered incorrectly. The recipient name was listed as how the contact is saved in my phone (a nickname), instead of the correct name. As a result, the package was never delivered and was eventually returned to the store. What made this worse: • The package sat at the store for several days after being returned • No one contacted me or notified me at all • I only discovered the issue after checking the tracking myself When I came in to resolve it, I was told I would need to pay another $16 to re-ship the package, even though the error was clearly made during entry at the store. I was also told that I had “confirmed” the address, which is not what happened. Being asked to pay again to fix a mistake I didn’t make is unacceptable. Between the incorrect entry, lack of communication, and how the situation was handled in-store, this was a very poor experience. I would strongly recommend double-checking everything yourself if you use this location. I will not be using this location again.

    This location has been so great to me, I normally always use it to mail prepaid packages, but my printer was down for a couple months and they were so gracious to help me print the labels at no cost. I wanted to give a special shout out Sarahi, Junae, Ciara and Rhiannon for always having a smile and never making me feel like I was being annoying (which I was lol) coming in more frequently to print the labels. Thank you so much!

    I have been using this location since we moved to Maricopa a few months and the customer service has not been all that. We went in one day and i told my daughter listen not one person will look at you when you walk or greeted. When it was my turn the lady helping me must have been having a bad day no smile can i help you nothing so I asked are you having a bad day and her reply was no just following the Vibe !!!! Seriously following the vibe , why not turn that vibe around and be pleasant and show your customers that you apprecaite the business . With out customers you would not have a paycheck. If you are that unhappy find another job.
