  Avoid this location! My son shipped a package to Florida from this location, and the employee who accepted it made a comment that immediately made him uncomfortable about the package’s safety. Unfortunately, his concerns turned out to be justified. The package was delivered with tape placed back over the box, and about half of the contents were missing. It appeared that someone had opened the package, removed the more valuable items, and then resealed it. We had a very bad experience and would strongly recommend using another location. Do not give your package to Methany.

  The allow me to print my shipping label in store without charges and also taps your boxes if needed unlike other shipping company. Most of the staff are friendly.

  I love how easy it is to ship here. If you have your barcode, you don't even need to go to the counter, you can scan it at the kiosk and it'll print a label for you. I've always gotten friendly and helpful service here as well. And like you'd expect, they can get busy, especially during the holidays, so the more prepared you are, the better your experience. They do also sell supplies if you need them.

  I wanted to leave a review for one of the employees at this UPS Store. I didn’t catch her name, but she has blonde roots with dark hair. I apologize for describing her that way, I wish I had learned her name. She was incredibly professional, sweet, and handled a very busy line of customers with such a positive attitude. Even with a lot of people waiting, the service was awesome. She stayed friendly, efficient, and made everyone feel welcome. It’s rare to see someone manage a busy environment with that level of kindness and professionalism. Thank you for the excellent customer service! She truly made my visit a great experience
