- MPmary paceJul 1, 20263.0I received excellent immediate assistance today locating a package that was indicated as delivered but not received. The person at postal office and the carrier located it and delivered it direct to my door. I would have rated the post office itself higher but having had several unpleasant encounters at the office location itself makes it hard.

I asked for his help to fill out change of address card for me. He would not do that. Said it wasn’t his job. I found that to be extremely disrespectful. I’m 65 years old. This is the kind of help you have at the US post office need to change these people. James needs to find a new job. He’s not a good public servant to have. I would not recommend this man to pick up dog poop sincerely, Robert Ashton.

Good job.

It honestly shocks me that he's still there, I do not understand how people would pay someone to just be a body standing behind a counter, not willing to help people. I know it's just a post office, but good customer service should not be too much to ask for. In general not a fan of this post office and its employees. The mail carriers will lie and say mailboxes are full or no one answered when they aren't and they never checked. (Camera proof)sometimes they come to your house and deliver packages.Other times they won't.It's so frustrating and inconsistent .
