I went into the UPS store in Goodyear, Arizona right off of Estrella. I was met with the most incompetent person. I have been sending packages for over 20 years through UPS and never had such a bad experience in the store. The guy behind the counter did not know what he was doing asking me for a bunch of personal information very unhelpful rude and the shipping rate he quoted me $20 to ship a small lightweight envelope. Well you can be assure I’m never going back in that store again.

I made a mess of my Amazon returns and DANIEL had so much patience to walk me through correcting my 4 returns and a replacement item. He had great customer service and was quick to take action. Great customer service isn’t common these days so I greatly appreciate Daniel’s exceptional service.

This is my favorite UPS and I’m here almost every other weekend. The employees are always very nice, accommodating, and patient.

The most important reason for giving this 10 extremely likely rating is because I came in around 6 when they close at 6:30. The too young guys that were there were so nice, helpful and helped me tracking information and when my packages would be expected. Usually people at the end of the day are over it and have attitudes when the business is about to close but these two were amazing and so sweet!
