Zero stars if I could. I came in with a prepaid shipping label, and since it was my first time mailing a package this way, I politely asked for help. The employee with long, curly hair was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. She refused to scan my package until I selected a bag, yet gave me absolutely no directions or explanation about what I was supposed to do. Instead of simply helping a customer who was unfamiliar with the process, she made the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. What bothered me most was her attitude and the way she spoke to me in front of my young daughter. There was no reason for the disrespect. A simple explanation would have taken less than a minute. Very disappointing customer service. Employees dealing with the public should be willing to provide basic instructions without making customers feel unwelcome for asking for help.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location today. I needed assistance and politely asked an employee a question, but she was rude, condescending, and acted as though helping me was a major inconvenience. USPS is a customer-service-based organization, so customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable simply for asking for help. A little patience, courtesy, and professionalism would go a long way. This location should seriously consider hiring friendlier employees—or providing better customer-service training—because the way I was treated was completely unacceptable.

Been to this location 5x to ask them to stop sending prior house owner’s mail to us. Filled out all the forms, left noted in my mailbox, changed the name on my mailbox…. Per the manager, he spoke to the carrier multiple times & I’m still getting other peoples’ mail. If I have to go the post office 5x times & still no solution, I’m not exactly sure what to do. The fact that nothing has changed so far is a bit mind blowing to me.

One these people don’t know how to answer their phones called them 20 times and no answer. 2 I ordered a package through a website and put my address in where I wanted it delivered. I received a message when I was going to receive the package later on that day I got a notices saying it got sent back to sender saying the place was vacant. Once I was able to speak to someone at the office they said it got sent back because I didn’t update my new address with them!!! If I order something through a website that has nothing to do with the postal they need to deliver to the address I put down when I ordered the product period.
