  The location is pretty busy consistently. Associates are helpful. I had the pleasure of Laticia (sorry if spelt wrong) for a notary. She was professional so friendly. Made the whole process so easy. Special shout out to Laticia taking care of business with joy!

  I enjoy coming to this store. The owner is very nice. I unknowingly walked up while they were closing, totally my fault, the owner told me to come in and do my Amazon return as it would just take a minute. I apologized and thanked him. I told him I understood how it felt seeing people come in at closing time, and he said he understood that sometimes the day gets away from us. I was in and out in a minute and wished him a lovely evening. I really appreciated his response and thanked him profusely.

  Can't and won't ship basic things. What's even the point of being open? Might as well turn into an Amazon only drop off. Useless.

  The people that work at this location are great! This was my first time at this location and I was greatly amazed at how polite, respectful, and efficient the 2 ladies working there were with all of their customers! (I’m new to the area and was doing an Amazon return)

  The staff has always been rude when I go in. I wish there was another close to use but there is not. The manager always seems annoyed and has attitude towards people. He has argued with about stuff and when I show him my proof he just gets more upset because he was wrong. Each time used the notary, the price was different, so the consistency is not there either. The efficiency of the staff is lacking and the wait always seems to be more than it should be. Very disappointing service from a brand that usually is at the top for customer service.
