- SGS GOct 7, 20261.0I'd give Doug 5 stars, the other general delivery employees I've had speak to me so far I'd give 1 star to the service. Disappointing as it's not a thankless position, I did it as an extra duty in the military and I sure try and be workably understanding. Frequently I'll be waiting on important items with tracking, and the staff will tell you some sort of reason they can't give you the packages. Or they'll walk in the back, pull a device or phone out, and come back and say that there's no mail. This office is ran poorly with minimal adjudication in daily operations from higher.

Having large packages shoved so tight into my small mailbox instead of doing the big lockers to the point where I have to pry and damage my mail to get them out. I get it your in a hurry to deliver but my god use your common sense. Both packages had something breakable in them.

I follow the tracking and can see the problem, it's the actual driver who delivers the package, every time they get a new driver, like every month or so because they go through them like dippers, they do not teach them everything they need to know. so here is the problem, I live down a road that has many homes in the desert but we have our mail boxes at the end of the road next to the highway, a long row of mail boxes. but for some reason when they come to the mail box they do not put the package in the box, and the reason they give is drive way blocked, or could not access porch, or no home at that address. the mail box is right there but my home is not there. so sorry no mail for you.
