- TRTaya Rider1 day ago1.0My package says it was delivered, but I never received it. I’m not sure what these drivers are doing lately, but it’s pretty frustrating and annoying when packages are marked as delivered when they haven’t actually been delivered. I’m tired of having to track down packages that should have been delivered correctly in the first place. Now I have to contact the seller and have them send my package out AGAIN because the driver couldn’t even do their job correctly. Do better.

- IPIzzy PitcherJul 27, 20261.0Ive fought with this specific USPS for years. They hire incompetent drivers or teach them to lie about deliveries. I refuse to shop online anymore because there is a 97% chance my package will either say delivered (and never be delivered), OR say delivered and get delivered the NEXT DAY (How can you mark something delivered when its still in your warehouse? Is that legal?) OR, its put into the wrong box, even when the front and back of my (unused) lock box has my address. Even the inside has my address, name, phone number. This is the worst USPS Ive ever had the unpleasantry of being stuck with. And, if you go in person to talk to the workers, they're unhelpful and rude. Ive requested all my packages be delivered through ANYONE but this USPS, BUT BECAUSE KINGMAN IS SUCH A CESS POOL OF JERKS, somehow USPS keeps getting the luxury of pretending to deliver my packages! Lucky me!!!! I live far from town, I have a lock box which USPS REQUIRED ME TO GET for me to recieve mail. And yet, they dont use it. WORST. USPS. EVER. And I wont get a PO box with a company that constantly screws me over. Do better!!! Oh look, almost 2 weeks later, (original review was made on 7/27/26, This update is being made on 8/5/26) and we had another package not delivered. It was "too big" but yet the driver never even brought it from the USPS location (my husband waited at the lock boxes that USPS required us to have to recieve mail here, and the driver said it was too big, but yet it wasnt in his vehicle? CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THIS???) Kingman Arizona has the worst USPS Office to ever exist, they know we have no other option for shipping (ive requested Amazon to send my packages through UPS or FedEx, anyone but USPS) but the sellers always choose USPS. They must have really awesome USPS offices to trust them! Unfortunately, KINGMAN ARIZONA HAS THE WORST UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF BEING FORCED TO DO BUSINESS WITH. If i could leave negative stars, I would. Never have I been so upset, enraged, and annoyed by a company like this. Once again, DO BETTER.
