When I arrived the lobby was busy. Maria is over at the passport counter assisting a family with their needs damn it and Lisa was behind the counter assisting the customers in line as quickly as she could. I noticed when I walked in that both of the ladies were friendly and kind regardless of the foot traffic and a welcomed surprise. When it was my turn Lisa assisted me the best her ability and when she had questions she asked Maria to make sure that she was measuring the girth of the item correctly for the accuracy of my package. Maria was both helpful and kind while offering her the training and experience. It turned out my package was over the maps cubic inches but Maria and Lisa both took the time to tell me what it is I needed to do to get it within the shipping limitations. I came back yesterday to mail my new package and Maria was the one who helped me. It was the end of the day and the normal hustle and bustle in locking of the lobby door but she still give me the customer service as if I was in the middle of her day. She remember that I was there on Saturday and I told me good job on getting the package down in size and was impressed by how much I had shaved off. Thank you Maria & Lisa. You two are gems. The lobby with clean for the most part however it is poorly stocked which hinders the customers in line who are trying to fill out the necessary labels and forms before getting to the window. It adds delays at the window and slows down the whole traffic flow. I thought on Saturday it may have just been because there was only two associates however it was the same on my Wednesday visit.
